Service Description
My counseling services are for adults 20 and older and are offered both online and in person at the same rate. Initial Rate: S$150 per hour Extended Session: S$80 for each additional 30 minutes I believe that financial challenges shouldn't be a barrier to getting help. If you're facing financial hardship, please email me to explore a reduced fee. I may ask for documentation, such as a letter from a social worker, to help assess your situation.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice via email if you need to cancel or reschedule. More than 24 Hours Notice: You will receive a full refund. Less than 24 Hours Notice: You will be charged the full session fee. No-Shows & Lateness: If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
