Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

 

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice via email if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• More than 24 Hours Notice: You will receive a full refund.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice: You will be charged the full session fee.

• No-Shows & Lateness: If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
